Overview
Being confronted by premises built in different periods with different architectural languages and construction typologies, Conf Industries needs to make the company's image consistent and at the same time expand the offices to allow employees to work in a more informal and welcoming environment.

To expand the offices, we haven’t used walls but glass panels to let in natural light, inspired by the idea of a comfortable space, closer to a home than to a business environment.
Approach
The whole planning is guided by the search for simplicity, by using few elements, few materials, straight and uniform surfaces, furnishings with shapes and colours inspired by functionality.
The outside garden is imagined as a sinuous path as opposed to the uniformity of the internal spaces. A park that engages to be the backdrop to the building. We have preferred plants and floral essences that, besides requiring little maintenance, keep changing in shape and colour over the year to convey a constantly evolving image.
